- marketing roles can be promoted to project management role but qualified candidates won't be considered - leadership is a joke - no opportunity to grow... condescending statements - potential for company to lose business software is outdated and nonfunctional - poor company avoid by all means

Controlling upper management. Does not welcome new and innovative ideas. This company has existed for a long time but still does not know how to integrate software development with product development. They have no idea how software development works in 2023.
