      There are no pros for this

      Cons

      You have to supply everything there oh except water, the Portland office pretty much takes priority as far as time off for the Alaska office as only 2 people can be off same time, 100% micro managed, can't say anything right on the phones, training is not sufficient

      Not a good company to work for

      Pros

      Flex time is nice ,but horrible mandatory overtime expected.

      Cons

      Raises are minimal . Management does not value employees opinions. Employees can always be replaced in their minds. You can get further up within the company if you are female and know someone in Managment. If you're a guy, odds are stacked way against you. There isn't much opportunity for advancement.
