      Pros

      Despite no healthy cafeteria options available on site, the location allows for some choices downtown Portland. Or employees need to always bring in lunch

      Cons

      Lacking in communication from leadership. No strategy. No clarity of vision or insight what senior leaders are accountable for. Need to clean house and bring in new talent able to drive real change

      Mismanaged IT - Bad culture from head-down

      Pros

      Nice building to work in. In Downtown Portland so commute is simple from close-in. Some people were nice. Decent IT hardware. Terrific data center.

      Cons

      Very old-fashioned. It's healthcare, all the way. The IT Department where I worked had abusive managers and team leads. I actually had to pull the hostile work environment card and they fought against my UI benefits. I won in court, but that is just the type of company this is.
