Really great benefits and incentives, awesome medical and dental, 401k, Moda center raffles, and you can take your dog into the office etc. You get a nice Christmas bonus, and you get to work with friendly people if you are in office

Cons

Basic corporate culture, a lot of emailing to communicate and can sometimes take a while for people to get back to you. Work is really monotonous though, not much variety and sitting at your desk all day. No free parking at the tower but you do get a discount TriMet pass, parking is free at the plaza.

Flexible schedule, hybrid, annual bonus.

Cons

No help from leads or supervisors since they always want you to use the P&P even if you don’t understand it. Leads never respond to help unless your supervisors are included in the email. Applied internally twice and was denied first time and second time didn’t even get a response or any update. Pay is low for current and older employees but new hire are getting paid more.
