This job is very tedious . Definitely don’t get paid enough for all that is expected . If you don’t mind overworking yourself this job is for you .Not really any work life balance as well .

As soon as onboarding was complete specialists were expected to manage approx 200 accounts. It was a high workload for the minimum wage page. It was stressful and brokers or clients would often call throughout the day with complaints about account balances outside of this position's control. The tension between departments was inevitable as account balances would prevent coverage for other company employees. This would land on the billing specialist's desk in addition to the already heavy workload. Overall poorly organized department and very high employee turnover.
