Extremely low pay $19/hr. Full time is 37.5 hrs rather than 40. Management needs improvement in this specific department - did not provide guidance when requested for specific role after claiming they did.

Cons

Limited advancement and very much a good old boys club. At the time, they only provided promotion opportunities once per year. More concerned with how they appear to the public versus serving their members and community.
