Cons

Upper management and HR cared little for the employees, we were just cogs in a wheel. There was no empathy, no understanding and very little communication from HR. Were it not for my immediate supervisor and office manager, I wouldn't have stayed as long as I did. Salary was below industry standard. Standard work week was not 40 hrs, but 37.5.

It is a full-time job.

Depending on your trainer the teaching methods may not accommodate all learning styles. Instructions are typically given once, with the expectation that you will be able to remember/recall it easily. While you are encouraged to ask questions, please be aware that responses are not typically provided quickly. If you have specific learning needs, it may be challenging to receive support from your trainer.

You get to work from home, that's about it. The training was excellent however.

Cons

This is a job where they expect you to perform highly skilled Claims reviews at an insultingly low rate of pay. Along with several other duties. The fragmented/non integrated systems are terrible to work on. Everything about this place is unnecessarily difficult. I had to resign before I lost my mind.
