      Great coworkers depending on what department you're in.

      Cons

      The Executive teams plans for the healthcare exchanges nearly led to receivership. Even after their Hail Mary Supreme Court case they've only been able to pay off one of their three bailouts.

      -Some very talented individuals are doing amazing work. Coworker were supportive. -Downtown location is great - Great initial onboarding process facilitated by HR.

      Cons

      -Doesn't have enough resources for current equipment, career development, new systems or processes to support job functions as compared to comparable companies in Oregon. - Pay is below industry standard. -Company culture is incoherent. Some departments have good leadership and support DEI efforts others do not. -Bullying has historically not been appropriately addressed which has lead to pockets in the company that have toxic work environments. -Mismanaged workloads due to lack of project management skills in management.
