Great benefits, attendance policy not so great.

Pros

Inexpensive Insurance Benefits, Dog-Friendly Workplace and Discretionary Day paid by the company and some departments have work from home privileges.

Cons

A fair amount of nepotism can be seen here, the attendance policy could be more with the times as they do not acknowledge Dr.'s notes as an excused absence and small office politic issues are a commonplace.

We appreciate your feedback about our attendance policy. As a service business, we need to ensure that we are available to support our members and customers. Our attendance policy allows employees to be absent and allows for multiple occurrences before any disciplinary action is taken. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experiences. Glad to hear that you think we are a pretty chill place to work and we agree! We also appreciate your feedback on the benefits and PTO. We start off our new employees off with three weeks of PTO, a discretionary day and nine holidays. For medical benefits, we offer two plans, paying either 90%, or 95% of the premiums. Each year we meet to discuss our benefits, and I will make sure to include your feedback. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience.
