Pros

A decent onboarding program is about where anything positive begins and ends. The Moda "betterist" slogan is positive on the surface, but I didn't find it to be reality.

Cons

I moved here from out of state primarily for family reasons, but I did so based upon securing employment at Moda Health. I had been in the same industry for 29 years and after being terminated after only 10-weeks for vague and really non-specific reasons, I feel disrespected and demeaned.

Generous 401k match. Not too large that you get lost, people are generally helpful when I was there.

Cons

Downtown location is not very convenient.

Cool being partners with the Blazers. Flex schedule.

Cons

During training they preach about how you’ll make mistakes and tell stories of allllll the mistakes they made but watch out because when you do make mistakes at the end of your 90 days you will be let go.
