37.5 hour work weeks, relaxed atmosphere, treated like a human.

Cons

if you're the kind of person who really wants over time pay, it can be a challenge since OT doesn't pay until 40 hours, which is 2.5 more than you're even scheduled for.

Some of the people are nice and good to with.

Cons

Low pay. Terrible benefits. HR doesn't know how to work with people. Supervisors that have not previously worked in the field they are supervising. Extremely difficult upper management. Cold environment. They asked managers and HR to write good reviews on Glassdoor to enhance their image. It's in the newsletter.
