Plenty of work/life balance (because no-one works). At least there are restrooms for employees.

Cons

no recognition, delusional outlook, sales minded leadership that overlooks labor laws and all legal matters pertaining to employment, nepotism over talent.

Pros

I've been with the company for quite some time now, the company itself seems to offer decent health insurance for private standards and tries to be innovative. The company provides birthday gifts and the holiday luncheon with a small bonus.

Cons

The work environment is becoming increasingly strict, most likely trying to weed out employees due to financial instability. New rules seem to be added weekly and there are some heavily enforced performance evaluations. Or, it could be that since the company is trying to expand, so must their practices.

Friendly company. Gets busy sometimes and crowded but overall great company. Nice facilities, great coworkers, plenty of support

Low pay, busy, too many calls a bit stressful. Wish I could have more flexible schedule but overall great
