      A tremendous amount of great people with a lot of talent at the individual contributor level Large organization with numerous positions

      Cons

      Effective communication simply does not exist in this organization. Bad behavior at the leadership level is tolerated and rewarded Upper management is out of touch with what really goes on at the lower levels

      My time at moda was short lived, faced with fragmented and impatient training, I found myself lost most of the time.

      Pros

      If you can get up in the morning and work entirely from a manual without a word to anyone in regard to your position. Go for it. For me, I like the comfort of knowing what i'm doing and if I'm doing it right. They won't accommodate for different learning styles and prefer you learn completely independently. Nice lunch rooms, cool desk gifts.

      Cons

      Very vapid staffing, makes a very uncomfortable learning environment, I was actually let go for, " not being quick enough and asking too many questions." Which was a bit of a damper because I had to learn everything independently. If you work downtown too, the company charges 13.50 for parking a day.
