Pros

Senior Management appear to care about the well being of everyone in the company. There is great communication from Senior Management. You are working with the company, not for the company.

Cons

The mentality is very old and out dated. If you hated tech companies in the late 80's and early 90's, you will not enjoy it. If you liked how things used to be done, this could be a plus for you.
