Promise the universe when they want you to join and deliver nothing once you join

Uhmm can't think of much

Cons

No planning when delivering to customers They promise one thing and then turn it against you once your join - very alienating experience Some team members in PS are intimidated with women PMs and delivery leads Sometimes you have to be ready to pay your own bill even if it is a company dinner just because you ordered an extra side dish I can go on and on

Base Pay is good comparatively Some remote working potential

Expected to work technically 24/7 Have to travel to unexpected client locations. Poor Product Development No sustained growth of the company unless another Big Pharma buys their product Bonus is not based on factors that employees control Horrible Work life balance with expectation to work 90% of weekends in a year There are a bunch of Uptight, stuck up individuals in Middle Management who will run this company to the grave. (However they do have fancy titles - Director, Associate Director, Associate Assistant Director, Jr. Associate Director). Except for a few Technical resources, everyone is a Director

Horrible management. No career planning. Heavy on top. Pay is below market, I think because they hire so many foreigners from India who won't complain because they just want visa. Managers lie to employees, promise the world with no follow through. Management is a bunch of fat cats. Bitter...no...realistic. ...yes
