Holidays off, remote work, and PTO.

Cons

It was evident that the environment was toxic and unwelcoming, particularly towards young professionals and minorities. When the company decides they want you gone, they will stop at nothing to achieve that end. They will team up against you, creating a hostile work environment that is unbearable. The coordinated efforts to push me out were not only disheartening but also deeply unprofessional. Proceed with caution and prioritize your well-being if you consider working here. I wish I had never worked here.

Model N has some of the smartest people in town working for them. You are absolutely judged by your coworkers for your contributions. The people here are willing to share ideas and you are encouraged to try new things. I have learned a ton since working here

Cons

We are a software company with a substantial technical debt. The good news is that we are a leader in the revenue management space, the bad news is 80% of our revenue comes from a legacy product.

There is not a pro that any other company does not have.

Cons

Younger professionals, please look elsewhere. Especially people of color. It is an uninspiring workplace with shady characters. Having worked in HR - run!
