Pros

The people here are truly warm, welcoming, and always willing to help. I really can not say enough good things about the people I've met here. This is definitely an employee-first company and I think that leadership understands that people are more productive and successful in their jobs when they have a good work/life balance.

Cons

Depending on which group your in, the work can be a little tedious and repetitive. Compensation is decent, but seems slightly below market. There are HUGE ranges on the pay scales listed in glassdoor, which do not seem to be accurate in my opinion. The lower end of these quoted ranges are more realistic from what I've seen. But the good news is that Model N does a really good job at making people feel comfortable discussing compensation with their managers, and there is a lot of transparency here.
