The work is challenging but always something different every year Senior leadership does a fantastic job

Cons

The work/life balance is very difficult to manage. Often times employees are working well over 40hrs a week. The pay seems much lower than industry standard considering the number of hours out in.

Pay is pretty low in my area. Also, work hours and load are pretty hefty.
