Leadership is unqualified and often promoted based on loyalty, not merit. If you’re not part of the "inner circle", your work is invisible. HR protects leadership, not employees.
The “four commitments” are just branding. Behind the scenes, profit drives every decision, even when it directly harms care quality or employee well-being.
