The General Managers are fully invested in their teams and will go above and beyond for them. I joined this company to feel like I wasn't "just a number," and Modern has delivered! There are infinite ways to grow and move up in this company for those who are seeking a career!
Cons
Modern is growing rapidly, and was acquired by Anticimex in 2017. As a result, many changes have been made to the business model as we assimilate with the other Anticimex platforms. In the big picture, this results in great opportunities for growth and development, but it can be hard on team members who struggle with change. The busy season can be hectic, but that's the nature of the Pest Control industry! Modern strives to provide team members with training partners and easily available resources to ensure that new hires feel supported during the summer months.
