Not only do Modis recruiters compete vs. their own Modis co-worker that has created a cut-throat hostile environment, but Modis also competes for business vs. its owner, Adecco. Very little team and all about the numbers. If you try to stand up to someone internally that recruits your candidate, you end up having to split it. The benefits... medical benefits are a joke and far less than what can be obtained with any other company. Modis does not allow for a work life balance. Force you to work nights and weekends.

A basic inside sales/telemarketer position with extremely high expectations and difficult metrics. Sink or swim environment for the gathering of new clients with high turnover rates. Especially for Business Development Managers who do not bring in immediate job orders. Overall, a produce or drown system with overwhelmed management and inappropriate comments from upper management, given the irony that Modis is an HR company.
