Pros

Benefits and PTO were good. I really liked the people I worked with on a day to day basis.

Cons

- Constant change and reorganization with no stability for employees - Constant turnover of senior management - New policies / processes with very little follow through on implementation -HR nightmare. Boys club where some are protected, even when they have made clear violations in terms of discrimination, sexual harassment, etc - The company is clearly failing. There have been many layoffs. - Extremely metrics heavy. Unrealistic number leave people very frustrated and feeling like they cannot win

Pros

-...I just have to write at least 5 words...so I should be good now.

Cons

-No work/life balance -Micromanagement -No such thing as work hard/play hard...def work hard/don't you dare go to the bathroom. -low pay, lower base salary than 99% of companies in the area

Pros

I enjoy the team that I work on and my direct manager. I also enjoy the flexibility with my work schedule and the fact that it's a very easy job.

Cons

Upper management is absolutely horrendous. There is no communication. You are a work horse - anyone above a Delivery Manager will not give 2 poos what you are doing. Sales is more valued than delivery, even though sales does nothing to help accounts. Base pay is pathetic and so is the commissions program. Many other recruiting companies pay $10K+ more than Modis. Used to have a really great culture but the company has lost that. They would rather spend money on a Formula1 car than on their employees. No wonder there are so many people quitting.
