Pros

Modular has many excellant employees, technology and a wide range of mining applications in globally diverse locations. There is a lot of variety and the work environment is generally positive and cooperative.

Cons

Many technical personnel are promoted to managers with little aptitude or training, especially in employee development. Product development is burdened by excessive and frequently changing processes.

Great people and environment. The team will always try to help you. There are opportunities to grow depending on your goals as professional. You can have a talk to your manager/supervisor always when you need.

Cons

It depends on your goal and position that you are working in. As support 1st Tier, you will be almost outside of the job market. You are going to be a specialist in their products and will not be able to use all of your knowledge in another company that is not in the mining field. Sometimes your life outside of the company is forgotten.
