John idealized a market leader product. research and development are a focus of the engineering team.

Cons

NO training on the products is offered You need to be a self starter to survive inside the company Too much travelling - bad life balance when on site Low salaries, CEO shows no confidence in employees

Pros

You really feel like you're on a team here. There are many really good challenges and many of them you can simply pick up and run with.

Cons

There is a lack of documentation on the products and very little training for new hires. You have to be a self starter for this job because if you aren't no one is going to hand you what you need to be successful.
