Quality hard working employees who strive to make it all work. Reasonable Pay.

Cons

Terrible benefits, worse every year. Obsession with image, the best staff are leaving or forced out for cheaper, younger staff who cost less but look good on paper. Care quality a constant struggle to maintain for those of us who are left. Chronic understaffing. Abuse of staff by doctors who care little about following the rules.

Do not work for this company. They get away with a lot because of their name and notoriety, but this is one of the worst companies in Florida to work for. You will never, and I do mean never, be paid enough for the work that they give you. They're always understaffed because people are leaving, the turnovers are vast in every department, so they use the few staff members they do have. It's not about what you know, it's who you know as far as promotions. The diversity claim is just that, a claim. Just consider this a warning if you're thinking about applying for a position with this company. Don't! Their treatment of their employees do not mirror the treatment of their patients. There's no work life balance with this place unless you have a management position.
