Senior management detached from worker on the floor

Bad management. They treat you poorly. The go by the buddy system. The reviews mean nothing. No one knows how they choose to lay people off. No reason they pick to lay you off but the buddy system. We lost a lot of good hard working people the lat go around and kept the very poor workers. Did not use attendance or write ups.
