I have never been around so many inept and incompetent people in my life. The culture here is toxic. Backstabbing and rumors run rampant. There is no structure or accountability so people just do as they please. People will literally defecate on the bathroom floors and get away with it. There’s no cross training or advancement. Decent pay and decent benefits but I wouldn’t wish working here on my worst enemy. This place will make you apathetic. If you want a place to show up and waste away then it’s a pretty ok job. If you want to be treated with dignity, have a drive to learn, or care about yourself in the slightest then I suggest staying away from the Molex facility in Monee.
