      Pros

      I work with a bit of talented individuals. They are affable and try their best. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      Turnover rate for new individuals is abysmal. Contract workers barely last 3 months. Constantly training new individuals, only for them to quit. Regulars staff are burning out and are generally under stress. Overtime is a regular occurrence.
