      Pros

      Immediate management was good depending on the time frame and individuals.

      Cons

      Higher level management was extremely out of touch with reality and only looking to eliminate those who didn't agree with everything they said, no matter how ignorant it really was. If you don't drink the Koch industries koolaid you're not going to be there long. And for that matter, that whole place will be shut down and moved offshore inside of 5 years.

      Fellow co-workers are easy going and nice to work with.

      Cons

      Management doesn't exist. The managers here are not leaders and only think of themselves. There isn't room for advancement and there's never any money for training.

      Pros

      The company is good, the gym is great, cafeteria is very convenient , HR is friendly, Koch has a lot of money to invest.

      Cons

      Pay is not great, but that is not the biggest problem. The company is struggling to retain talent, as the managers are terrible. It is old school type of management, so the company has a lot of baby-boomers ready to retire and some millennials that will stay there only until they get a better offer.
