Where should I start! I've been there for over 5 years, with no bonuses no raise. They keep saying bs about flat revenues. -Micromanager style, you have to look over your shoulder really good. -Very toxic environment -They keep talking about MBM but never practice it; no integrity, no respect, no humility with ppl who's been working there for ages. - All they care about is money, they don't give a damn about employees. - no work life balance . I would recommend to stay a way from this toxic environment

Interesting projects but business is not so good now

Cons

MBM. This philosophy, had it been rolled out during the interview process, would have had many decline their offers and I have spoke with several. Work is not appreciated and you have to jump through hoops to get a raise or bonus. Very subjective and only if your manager likes you. Need to be a stepford employee.
