      You’ll get a lot of learning experience since there are so many issues in various projects

      Cons

      Terrible culture, no teamwork, managers snap at you for asking questions, zero bonuses even when you work your tail off and have too many late night calls with China

      Management completely lacks any value in employees. In this time of crisis they tell employees they have to be at work while he management team is no where to be seen.

      Decent benefits and decent pay but that’s about the only redeeming quality I can find in molex.

      Cons

      I have never been around so many inept and incompetent people in my life. The culture here is toxic. Backstabbing and rumors run rampant. There is no structure or accountability so people just do as they please. People will literally defecate on the bathroom floors and get away with it. There’s no cross training or advancement. Decent pay and decent benefits but I wouldn’t wish working here on my worst enemy. This place will make you apathetic. If you want a place to show up and waste away then it’s a pretty ok job. If you want to be treated with dignity, have a drive to learn, or care about yourself in the slightest then I suggest staying away from the Molex facility in Monee.
