      Pros

      Excellent products; state of the art manufacturing and operations; leader in new product introduction and product marketing; global footprint; top three globally in Quality; broadest interconnect line world wide.

      Cons

      Somewhat disappointing higher level managers...(not all but a significant number) as to effective leadership skills. For example, one VP came up with at least 6 to 8 iniatives that failed and wasted multiple resources, time and money...as they all created more problems and issues; while none of the proposed original benefits ever came to fruition. Insult to injury, he was promoted to Director level.

      Pros

      Interesting technology. World-class operations. Global footprint. Interesting customers. The recent acquisition by Koch Industries has created a lot of positive change. There should be more to come...

      Cons

      Most of Molex is stuck in the 80s from a cultural perspective. Many, many employees who are 50+ years old and think everything is cheaper in Asia. Many are not aware of current trends and modern business practices. Not many employees who strive to grow professionally.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule in terms of driving to the office in the middle of the day and leaving the office when needed

      Cons

      The company does not provide any annual inflationary salary increases and promises undelivered bonuses. There is no sense of recognizing an employee for their hard work but yet they squeeze everything they can out of you including off hour meeting such as at 6:00am or 9:00pm in the evening. Management only cares about themselves and do not stand up for what is ethically correct. They treat employees as a number and there is no motivation to want to improve and give your best in such environment.
