      - Owned by Koch Industries. - Very strong product base and industry reputation. - Actively pursuing future viability with portfolio growth. -

      Cons

      - Leadership not well connected. Business units (both intentionally and unintentionally) compete with each other on business opportunities and execution plans. - Integrity concerns are ignored or overlooked.

      Extremely kind and competent employees and managers. Good flexibility, pay, and benefits. Everyone was open to change and they had their values that they stuck to.

      Cons

      24/7 work hours and commitment: difficult to have a personal life due to workplace demands.
