Pros

None at current mgmt so much waste in talent

Cons

Preach their MBM, but do not live it. When it is pointed out to upper mgmt you are targeted and dismissed. Culture of fear, no ethics or integrity. Used to be innovative, no longer true.

Hi, this is Amish from Molex. Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. I am concerned to hear your feedback. As a part of our culture and overall business philosophy, we encourage employees to share ideas and opportunities to improve. We do talk about MBM a lot, but it’s because we want to emphasize its importance in maintaining long-term success – not just creating the perception of value. I am sharing your review with the appropriate leadership as feedback moving forward. I wish you the best and thank you again.

Pros

The HPC facility started out "looking like" it had a lot of potential. It was a good, clean, laboratory type environment. Management initially said they were focused on creating a "world class" tool shop within the facility.

Cons

The downfall came with two simple words:. Koch Industries. As much as they'd like to have you believe that they're a pro-American home grown company, nothing could be further from the truth. Almost immediately after taking over, the hack job commenced. Including sending just graduated college flunkies to the shop, armed with clipboards and canned questions designed to prove that it would be much more "beneficial" to send their tooling work overseas or down to Mexico (read cheap, unskilled, inexperienced labor). It turned out that the above mentioned cheap labor ended up costing them more money in fixing bad tooling(and subsequently more time as well) than our "expensive" skilled labor ever cost them. To my former co-workers who are still there: I feel for you, being on an intentionally sinking ship, due to corporate slimeball tactics. Best of luck and keep your resume' fresh and job searches active.
