Most people are great to work with. Lot's of expertise and training available. Need to reach out to get it. Positively, looking for corporate expansion.
Cons
Pay is mediocre and bonus hardly existent, even when you meet your overall goals. More important for BU to meet its goals. Overbearing and demanding mgmt reporting on all fronts without priorities. Mgmt expects all the jobs done no matter the workload on set dates. Poor mgmt. feedback loop for job performance and poor efforts made to remove roadblocks to create better efficiencies. They promote work-life balance on paper, but realistically, could never be accomplished...work loads had be taken even when on vacation. I've worked at same role for over two years with very limited efficiency increases. Everything done through SAP. Personal Recommendations were rarely accepted to be worked on, even when they seemed to make sense.
