      Pros

      This is the best place I've ever worked. The company culture is a breath of fresh air. My opinions are actually valued, respectfully challenging others is encouraged. I really can't say enough good things about Molex.

      Cons

      The vacation policy is TERRIBLE. Only 2 weeks of vacation in the first 5 years and no holiday shut down in December.

      Pros

      Facilities are clean and look good from the outside. Employees (all the way up through senior management) are friendly.

      Cons

      Molex recognizes the future of being a connector business is commoditization and are attempting to create higher value electronics and software solutions. Results are....less than stellar. Lots of work (..as in years...) needs to be done before Molex can shed its reputation as a connector company and in the meantime the business will continue to struggle.

      Laid back work life, nobody cares.

      Cons

      It does not matter how good you are, what matters is how many decades you have worked for the company. There are no standards in this company, absolute chaos. People are more interested in politics and other random talk than products/company/customers.
