      Pros

      -They give you free snacks.

      Cons

      -Low pay versus other competitors in the Bay Area -Given useless assignments everyday about self actuation your own strengths and weakness. These assignments were given everyday and complete waste of time. -Management mostly racist and pick on non fluent English speakers during meetings. -Assignments felt like you were back in high school. -Useless assignments will eat into your own personal time back at home.

      The people were great and the fitness culture.

      Cons

      Too much middle management and too many changing strategies. Diversity and inclusion not a focus here. New employees with good ideas don’t stay because they’re not valued

      Great brand name, equally horrible management

      Pros

      - Brand name is great so you work with a lot of big companies - SMEs are very capable of guiding you through the process - You get to network a lot and meet people with great stories

      Cons

      - The managment is lost in its own utopia - KOCH Industries involvement with their "principles" really a waste of time. Only people following these principles are low level employees, the top level ignores every word - The HR team is terrible when it comes to communicating information. I was told that I will have a job offer on my last day but no one interviewed me or even followed up. When I called HR a few weeks later, they acted as if I was a nobody and asked me to apply online. I gave my heart and soul for the company and I got a apply online. Terrible communication
