Pros

From Supply chain dept piont of view, 1. Cross functional team interaction is more and also exposure 2. You will be very famous in the company because unnecessary escalation will happen due to weak team that is there in buying and sourcing. 3. You will know how to handle high pressure situation because people will always dependent on you and not on the process. 4. Many uneducated people who will not listen to and simply blame without data.

Cons

1. In supply chain dept if one person gets a hike, then three people will not get, because it the company policy. And 6% is the max hike%. 2. In supply chain if you are going for tea break then you will get a warning from your higher management. 3. In supply chain dept you are expected to work more than 12hrs. 4. During increment time if you are showing savings, it is not considered as achievement because it is the job description. Apart from savings management expects extra ordinary work from increment. 5. In supply chain dept management believes in other dept more than their own dept even though you show them with data. Because the team is weak.

Pros

They have a lot of employees with longevity in the company. They have good benefits and a good internship program.

Cons

This is hands down the worst company I have ever worked for. Lot's of incompetency and inconsistency in the HR department. Some at the executive level are unethical and lack innovation. Senior executives don't have to abide by the same level of ethical conduct as others. The entire time I was there I never saw a budget created or followed. They are stuck in the 1980's with their tools, methodologies, processes, and management strategies.

Pros

There are opportunities to learn. Medical, dental, vision, life, & 401k.

Cons

Pay below industy standard for most positions. If you are on salary they will work you 60+ hours a week unless you stop them. They do not give cost-of-living raises. They only give raises and bonuses to those who they are adding value to the company. Even if you're adding value to the company they might not give it to you if you're not in the correct group.

This is Amish from Molex. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We strive to provide competitive compensation for all our roles, and reward team members based on the additional value they create – instead of limiting incentives with formal standards. We want our employees to be able to grow in their careers and skill sets, but we want to be mindful of a healthy work/life balance. Our compensation and management philosophies are unique to our business and I would encourage you to speak to your supervisor or local HR representative around any questions or concerns you have. Thank you for your hard work. -Amish
