      Good global name with a stable product.

      Cons

      Engineering manager will throw you under the bus to save his skin. No loyalty and micromanaged everyday. You can't finish a project before your boss puts you on another then ask why the last isn't finished yet. Low pay.

      Pros

      Great benefits and clear job description and daily duties. everyone is very nice and willing to help. once you know your role the work is very independant and you dont have anyone watching over your shoulder every 5 minutes

      Cons

      if your the least bit ambitious they cannot keep up with you. they DO NOT promote from within, they give very litte opportunity to learn outside your assigned department and have a very closed minded approach to feedback and improvement suggestions

      Management needs to be fixed. Some people in management need to be replaced. HR likes to cover up their mistakes.
