      Pros

      Established company under Koch Industries umbrella.

      Cons

      A lot of "old blood" that need to retire or exit out. So many departments have so many VP's that you wonder what they all do in the company. A lot of bureaucracy and old school knowledge. Not a lot of the younger generation.

      Relaxed environment, can work out during lunch hours, friendly people, flex hours

      Cons

      provide little opportunity to grow and learn, low salary, poor vacation benefits, low morale, have to wait at least 1 year to receive bonuses or raises - could be almost 2 years before receiving a raise, give entry-level engineers intern level work
