      - Owned by Koch Industries. - Very strong product base and industry reputation. - Actively pursuing future viability with portfolio growth. -

      Cons

      - Leadership not well connected. Business units (both intentionally and unintentionally) compete with each other on business opportunities and execution plans. - Integrity concerns are ignored or overlooked.

      Great coworkers, indecisive management

      Pros

      Great working environment and strong engineering team with interesting products and a strong customer focus.

      Cons

      Indecisiveness and lack of clear direction/vision from management is a real challenge for those at the working level. Company principles emphasize retention of employees with virtuous character and compensation based on contributions, but neither of these seem to be practiced in reality (at least from my experiences).
