Great people and nice work environment. MBM training is very effective and the guiding principles will help you in other business roles wherever you go. New technologies groups are encouraged to forgo process and make quick decisions.

Cons

Decisions are made based on numbers and not common sense. If the analytics are not in your favor, they will pull the plug quickly due to issues outside of the business. The cost structuring has been damaged by the tariff war and quality suffered as a result of moving manufacturing quickly to reduce costs. They got burned by not adopting technology fast enough and requiring too much international travel.
