Pros

Good culture. Very good work life balance. Amazing benefits & vacation policy. Great opportunities and also people follow very good challenge process.

Cons

Very hard to get raise or bonus for engineers. Expect a raise probably once in 3 yrs. Compensation philosophy is not good and very limited growth !!

Pros

- fantastic products, - awesome technical staff, - renown brand,

Cons

- clueless middle managers who essentially are walking Excel files just pointing the obvious numbers without offering solution or responsibilities, most of them barely have a clue about what the company sells - unnecessary processes killing the actual business of the company, thinking clueless managers who never actually - incoherent strategy: management prefers a 1 x 500k$ opportunity @ 15%GP rather than 20 x 50k€ @ 60%GP, even if the company is not competitive on 500k businesses - salaries are getting lower and lower, disregarding skills to save on salaries - your evolution depends more on "who you know" rather than your actual skills or performances. Many great people left because of this...

Hi, this is Molly from Talent Solutions. I wanted to first say thank you for your hard work and taking the time to write us a review and share your feedback. A key focus for us in both our culture and business philosophy is innovation and identifying opportunities or processes to improve our overall product or goal. We do not want to create processes or seek improvement just for the sake of trying. Please know that I am sharing your review with the appropriate leadership as feedback and opportunities moving forward. Thank you again.
