Pros

Great opportunity for first-time job seekers; Global exposure to the Industry. However, there are much better companies to consider, in the Industry, that focus on designing and manufacturing cutting-edge technologies.

Cons

Molex has changed considerably over the past 3 years and is a sinking ship, unfortunately. Lots of turnover at this time due to shrinking market share, declining revenue and poor management. Koch Industries is not well suited to run a Technology Company, they are best know for Toilet Paper (Georgia Pacific). It is sad to see, what was, such a great company struggling to find an identity. Leadership in this organization fails to see the big picture and lacks execution. Due to the decline and poor moral, I decided to jump ship and align with a more successful company for my own personal growth and sanity.

Pros

- Brand name is great so you work with a lot of big companies - SMEs are very capable of guiding you through the process - You get to network a lot and meet people with great stories

Cons

- The managment is lost in its own utopia - KOCH Industries involvement with their "principles" really a waste of time. Only people following these principles are low level employees, the top level ignores every word - The HR team is terrible when it comes to communicating information. I was told that I will have a job offer on my last day but no one interviewed me or even followed up. When I called HR a few weeks later, they acted as if I was a nobody and asked me to apply online. I gave my heart and soul for the company and I got a apply online. Terrible communication
