Pros
Pay is excellent, more than what similar jobs pay. Good benefits, good hours. Still some nice people that work there.
Cons
To many new people there that just come for a paycheck, if there is an issue on the floor management won’t listen and just consider you a trouble maker, They also have people in positions that are not qualified to do the job the were hired for, some are even unprofessional. It used to be a good place to work you did your job you have fun doing it, and got along with everyone. It was like family. Now it’s full of yes men and back stabbing people.
