      Pros

      Great culture and environment, care about people and open door policy that is followed at all levels. I would recommend to anyone and they continue to grow.

      Cons

      Not much poor to say about them. Newer to the Koch philosophy and they are getting more and more detailed about it. There feels like a lot of turn over, but with the growth it's hard to say it's from people actually leaving because of the place or just the job market today.

      Great work projects. They will invest in technology. They have great benefits. Management can be great and can be bad. Management has changed quite often.

      Cons

      No loyalty. Six years always great reviews then reorganization then new manager and then I'm gone. In this company do what is best for you because no one else will.
