      Pros

      Cantine with mostly nice food.

      Cons

      Racism / Here I have experienced racism for the first time in my professional life. Terrible HR work at all levels. Dutch people have a clear advantage above all other nationalities and they are not always but often the ones with poor performance. HR is the playground from the managment and they obey like toys in Disneyland. If you go to work there - be prepared and never complain even when some dutch tells you to back to your home country in front of your manager and the all team- this guy will be an hero because he said that and if you complain they will kick you out. This region has a very high percentage of extreme right people - be aware.

      Pros

      Molex has been a good place to work for many years. It's a place where hard work has always been expected and, usually, rewarded. Rewards used to come in the form of bonuses and stock options, which were very generous back in the day. Molex management always understood the real reason people get up and come to work every day. They need to feed their families and pay their bills.

      Cons

      Recently, Molex was acquired by Koch Industries. Koch has a very practical management philosophy (i. e. Market Based Management) which includes some thoughtful guiding principles, but many of them are very new to Molex. As a result, Molex management has appeared to be off-balance and extremely cautious in implementing this new way of doing business. You can tell that many of them want to do it correctly, but it is obvious that they are just not quite sure how to go about it.
