      Pros

      Excellent manufacturing capabilities. Manufacturing and design abilities are second to none. Great first job out of college, adequate product & business training for future positions. Average to above average career opportunities for those who will relocate and fit in with the culture.

      Cons

      Extremely hesitant to invest capital for technology/programs, including for global customers that dwarf Molex in both revenue and global presence. Inept/unqualified middle management in some cases who value hubris and tenure over sound business principles & objective analysis. Frustration resulting from being cut out of business opportunities due to Molex's inability to be decisive and execute. From a personnel perspective, Molex compensation and benefits were surprisingly easy to surpass, even in a very tough labor market when I decided to seek employment elsewhere.
