Pros
Molex gives you ample training at an entry level job. Training included specific product and electrical use information, over a period of a week or so.
Cons
Product training was offered several months (nearly a year, in my case) into the job- it would have been far more useful if it was offered sooner. Opportunities for advancement were few and far between, with most based in Field Sales.
