      A few people are nice

      Cons

      Some people are very toxic and will make sure that no one in their team does better than them. One of my coworkers created a very hostile work environment.

      Interesting work and a lot of perks at the corporate office

      Cons

      Toxic work enviroment shelters abusive coworkers, work life balance out of whack as Molex makes tins of new acquisitions but does not adjust the workforce accordingly.

      - Close to big city and airport- Chicago - Nice four seasons scenery - Good on-site cafeteria and gym - unlimited Coffee Supply

      Cons

      - Slave drive and low reward - 10 days vocation until 10 years service. You can negotiate to 15 days but hardly increases anymore. - Marketing and Sales are driving engineering work without engineering expertise. - Talent leave and well-behaved people stay
